Here are some helpful links and instructions to help you manage your box account online:

Change your pick up/delivery location: This must be done the week ahead and no later than Sunday night of the weekend before you wish to make the change. http://support.farmigo.com/member-actions.html

Note: you will have to select and save your skip weeks then you will be prompted to choose which weeks you want to get a make up box. Make up boxes need to be scheduled during the regular season so cannot be scheduled for a date after the season is completed and the changes need to be made by Friday night of the week before the box is due to come.

Note: Box customization can only be done Friday evening through Sunday night for Wed/Thurs boxes and Monday noon to Tuesday night for Friday orders.
Any unused credits do not transfer to the future. If you wish to postpone a whole box, use the postpone feature above, do not simply delete the items in your box since that will mean you lose the credits.
Make a payment online: We accept online payments via e-Transfer any time to firstname.lastname@example.org We will then match the payment to your account and send you an email confirmation. For online credit card payments you can go to http://csa.farmigo.com/pay/strawberryhillfarm . If you wish to make a single random payment for extra box items you can log into your account at https://csa.farmigo.com/account/strawberryhillfarm and then select manage payments, single payment, paypal, and enter the amount you wish to pay.
Your Online Market Account
While we would love to have one system that takes care of everything, we haven't been able to find that "perfect" system so we use two systems in order to provide the best service possible.

As stated above, the online market is completely separate from the box program, however, it is perfectly fine to be subscribed to both and you can order from either one or both.
The box program is great in that it provides a steady supply and it reserves your product ahead of time so that you know your family will be cared for and we can plan our production accordingly. There is some flexibility to postpone a week and you can make edits to your box.
The online market is for those who either want to top up their box program or who may be away for months at a time and want to only order when they are in town. The online market also provides a good option for single people or for those that want complete choice over what they get and when it comes. The online market takes second place to the box program (pre-ordered boxes are filled first) but we normally have a good supply year round.
